Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by RAGHUDHAN PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Eduvitech provides software development services including web application development, mobile app development, enterprise solutions, AI/ML integrations, and digital marketing services. The scope will be defined in individual agreements.

3. Project Agreements

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Pricing and payment terms
• Intellectual property rights
• Confidentiality obligations

4. Payment Terms

• 30% advance payment before project commencement
• 40% upon mid-project milestone
• 30% upon final delivery
• Payments are non-refundable once work begins

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code created for their project. RAGHUDHAN retains ownership of proprietary tools and reusable components.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide a limited warranty as specified in project agreements. After this period, maintenance services are offered separately.

8. Limitation of Liability

Eduvitech shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment of completed work up to termination.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall be Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
